Living Life on Vinyl: Turning Passion Into Profit| The Remix
This week on The Remix, we’re diving into a story that proves your passion can truly become your purpose.
Our guest ,Joshito is a lifelong music lover who took his love for vinyl records and turned it into a thriving side hustle — collecting, selling, and even creating community through music events.
He’s not just spinning records… he’s spinning a whole new chapter of his life.
‘Life on Vinyl: Turning Passion into Profit.’”
The Remix, we’re sitting down with a couple who has lived the full spectrum of marriage — the beautiful, the messy, the confusing, and the redeemed.
Their relationship has seen the highs of ‘I do,’ the lows of ‘What was I thinking?,’ and the miraculous turnaround that only God can orchestrate.
They are living proof that love can be tested, stretched, and even shaken — but with faith, honesty, and forgiveness, it can also be restored.
I had the ultimate opportunity to sit down (virtually) with a music industry legend, Ronnie (Big Ron) Devoe of the mega groups New Edition and Bell Biv Devoe (BBD). He was joined by his beautifully talented wife, Shamari Devoe of the r&b/pop group Blaque. In this interview, you will get to know the Devoes in a different light, as you’ve never seen them before. They candidly spoke about the ups and downs of marriage, childhood trauma, mental health, the journey to parenthood and more.
